The Memphis Grills Pro Freestanding Wood Fire Pellet Smoker Grill combines high quality construction and innovative features to create one of the most advanced pellet smokers on the market. The heavy-duty 430 stainless steel construction ensures a long-lasting and durable product. This grill features 8mm stainless steel cooking grates to create a non-stick cooking surface that's perfect for smoking and grilling alike. The dual wall firebox and oven quality gasket create a tight seal to provide a well-insulated cooking area, while the 18-pound hopper capacity allows for up to 62 hours of uninterrupted cooking time. The 562-square-inch cooking area can be heated from 180 degrees to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. This cooking surface can also be expanded to 834 with optional grates (sold separately). The corresponding ITC temperature probe offers the ability to closely monitor the internal temperature of your food for professional style results. For added convenience, all this grill's feature can be controlled through the integrated Wi-Fi controller and the free Memphis Mobile App available for both iOS and Android. (VG0001S4)
