With an effortless criss-cross forming a single loop around the toe, we bring you the elegantly functional Mayari sandal. Classic support and adjustability, delivered beautifully. Cork footbed (not soft footbed). The cork footbed is what Birkenstock is famous for; it takes time to 'break-in' but provides the best orthoic support for your feet. The Birkenstock Mayari sandal is famous for its comfortable fit and easy style. Breezy flat sandal has double straps with individual, adjustable buckles for a custom fit. Stylish suede upper adds to the overall look and feel of this great shoe. 1" shock-absorbing EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) sole. With Birkenstock's signature cork footbed with double Jute layer for better-than-barefoot comfort. Raised toe bar, footbed form, arch support and deep heel cup with footbed liner combine to align your foot naturally for even weight distribution and proper support. Made by Birkenstock Germany. Product update: newly updated model (latest production 01/2017); Mayari [New Style] now ships in a newly designed Birkenstock shoe box (new blue shoe box design with handy size measuring guide printed on inside of shoe box). Sandals now also come with black (instead of yellow) lettering on footbed. Blue shoe box design and black print will be gradually introduced. **** Birkenstock sizing information: The letter "N" indicates "Narrow Width Footbed" and accommodates Narrow to Regular footbeds. The letter "M" indicates "Medium/Regular/Normal Width Footbed" and accommodates Regular to Wide footbeds. Please note: Birkenstock makes the Mayari Sandals intentionally roomy for added comfort so they tend to run about 0.5 longer than usual and they are also wider than usual. Most people prefer it this way as the straps can always be tightened if needed!
