Our relationships start at the source on the ground at the tea farms in Japan. Our Emerald Grade ceremonial matcha is 100% USDA organic from the Aichi Prefecture in Japan and uses only the finest, first-harvest, hand-picked tea leaves. These leaves are the first leaves picked off the tea plant following the plant's winter hibernation. This matcha has the highest concentrations of chlorophyll and L-Theanine resulting in a lighter, sweeter taste profile.
