The designers at Ghidini Cipriano of Italy sought to honor Chef Massari’s baking and pastry philosophy by recreating tools that would be available to all those that seek to bake and create, to discover new techniques, and who love confectionary arts. Thus the “la Pasticceria di Precisione” Iginio Massari collection was born. Each instrument in the collection is precisely designed with elegant lines that honor the accuracy and creativity of Chef Massari. The pastry chef’s tool collection features only the best materials: steel, silicone, polyurethane resins, selected woods – each carefully chosen to endure the usage, heat and time that is inherent to baking and decorating. This confectionary "gauging" funnel comes complete with a pedestal and three different spouts. The main spring functions to allow this funnel to operate with maximum precision when dispensing batter or cream. Simply adjust the pressure on the handle for the perfect amount of filling in chocolate or jam on biscuits.
