Fill the filter basket with coffee, add water, cover overnight for a perfectly smooth cold brew. The cold brew concentrate can be stored in a refrigerator for up to two weeks without any degradation of flavor. When you're ready for a cold brew, just pour some concentrate over ice and dilute with water or milk to your liking! It is recommend using coarse ground coffee to make cold brew coffee. A perfect gift for the coffee geek in your life. Brief Instruction: Coarse ground coffee into the filter, put the filter in the jar and poor water over the grounds. Place the lid and give a little shake. Put in the fridge for at least 24 hours. The filter holds two cups of coffee grounds which would allow for six cups of water in the jar. You can choose to use less coffee if you don't want the brew too strong. Other Use: You can also cold brew tea and our brewer makes a great infuser. Infuse water with fruit flavors.
