How does ManukaGuard Sinus Cleanser Medical Grade Manuka Honey MGO 600+ Nasal Spray work? Our strongest nasal spray, Sinus Cleanser uses Manuka Honey MGO 600 to wipe out nasal cavity microbes. Seasonal bugs generate moisture in the sinuses, creating a swampy breeding ground for bacteria to form a biofilm over tissues that’s hard to remove. Eventually, microbes multiply and block nasal passages, making breathing and sleeping difficult. Sinus Cleanser blasts away these blockages. If tissues are raw or sensitive Sinus Cleanser may sting at first. It is normal to sneeze one to three times after each use.
