Long ago a grandmother from San Germán lit her stove to prepare the most delicious coconut cornstarch ever imagined. That way, her children and grandchildren constantly returned home to enjoy her dish and share stories of family or good times. Her secret? Quality ingredients, simple techniques and lots of love. To market her food, this Puerto Rican grandmother spent many hours in the heat of the kitchen. She spent time measuring, removing, testing and refining her recipe before sending it to the market. Today, at Maga, we enjoy her legacy and offer it as one of our most precious products.
