Designed to nest and store inside any Magma cookware set, constructed of 18-10 Mirror Polished Stainless Steel and conveniently uses Magma's removable handle (supplied with cookware sets). The pan is equipped with a Heavy Duty Non-Toxic, PFOA and PTFE free light grey Ceramica Non-Stick which is remarkably easy to clean, absolutely will not stain, peel, blister, or flake and nothing sticks to it. The unique encapsulated Triple-Clad base has been milled perfectly flat for superior even heat distribution on standard gas, electric, glass ceramic, or induction cook tops. While the induction models outer layer of the Triple-Clad base uses the highest quality ferromagnetic stainless steel, specifically used to activate the magnetic field in all induction cooking surfaces.
