Manufactured using only the finest natural rubber latex, MAGID A. R. C. Rubber Insulating low voltage electrical gloves offer superior dielectric properties, increased durability, flexibility, comfort and physical strength. Their contoured shape helps reduce hand fatigue, minimize chafing and includes a rolled cuff for easy on/off. These Class 0 gloves are available in an 11” and 14" length and in a black color to provide low voltage protection up to 1, 000 Volts AC/1, 500 Volts DC. MAGID A. R. C. Rubber Insulating Gloves now feature ultra-thin rear labels that are flush with the back of the glove, improving longevity and comfort. All glove configurations meet or exceed the respective requirements of current ASTM D120-09 specifications, OSHA 29C FR 1910. 269 regulations and NFPA 70E standards. Ideal users of these gloves include power and communications linesmen, electrical contractors, plant and facility maintenance technicians, auto manufacturing/repair service workers, high-voltage machine operators and electrical field service technicians. As the manufacturer, we are required to put our gloves through a 3-minute Acceptance Test. The customer then has 12 months from that date to put the glove into the field. As long as they put it into the field anytime during those 12 months, they then have 6 months from the date they put it in the field, before it needs to be re-tested. For example if the date stamp on the gloves is ‘JAN 1’, the gloves can sit on the shelf and be put into the field on any day of that year, including ‘DEC 31’. When they put that glove into the field, it then has 6 months before a re-test is required. There is a misconception that if the gloves are put into the field on DEC 31, they only have 1 day of use. However, that is not true, and they actually have 6 months to use the glove. Magid Glove & Safety is America’s leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of work gloves and personal protective equipment (PPE), including first aid products
