About Madesco's LARGEST Commercial Cold Brew Coffee
THIS IS MADESCO'S LARGEST COMMERCIAL COLD BREW COFFEE FILTER! A set of TWO. SUPER SIZED, 2-ply Madesco filters. Madesco's BIG DADDY is our largest commercial-sized cold brew coffee filter. Asked repeatedly for a larger sized 2-ply reusable coffee filter, we were dead-set against merely expanding our popular well-tailored commercial coffee filter into pillow case proportions. We knew that coffee grounds residing deep in the center of such a filter - too distant from water - couldn't contribute tot the brew for lack of water-flow and water exposure. So we decided to LENGTHENED our popular "Senior Grande" filter, retaining its 2-ply liner construction still ensuring most all the coffee grounds would reside no further than 3 inches from the outside water. This optimal exposure ensures a robust brew and saves our customers money in that all the grounds get exposure to water and get to contribute to the brew. NO GROUND LEFT BEHIND !!!
