The herringbone pattern is achieved with artisan wood working techniques by combining different colored pieces of acacia wood; all colors are natural with no artificial dyes and only FDA approved, food safe adhesives are used. The Carving & Cutting board measures 12.5” by 14.5” and .75” thick. Hand wash only; do not soak or clean in the dishwasher and to extend the beauty of the board, occasionally treat with mineral oil.
