About Lot Of 6 Pcs Handmade Painted Wood Spinning Tops
Traditional wooden spinning tops with lacquered paint. Made by rural artisans of India, from 100% natural materials and 0% synthetic materials. Natural (clear) lacquer is blended with natural colors (for example, turmeric powder for yellow) and made into sticks. These sticks are then rubbed against the tops while turning on a mini lathe. This process gives the tops their unique glossy finish and attractive vibrant colors. Some colors are obtained by blending 2 or more primary colors. No chemical colors or paints are used. Tests as per ASTMF963 safety standard show extremely low, un-detectable levels of heavy metals.
