Hold marker horizontally to use the side of the tip. Apply along the top lashline beginning in the inner corner of the eye working outward. At the end of upper lash line, draw a thin line extending towards end of eyebrow. Warning: Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness.
