Product description: Longer standard Rapid Photopolymer Resin is developed and produced by itself and have got the MSDS certification. The resin have been set parameters in Longer itself 3D Printers. Model printed with the photosensitive resin features smooth surface, high stability and high accuracy, low shrinkage, excellent stiffness, toughness, impact resistance and some flexibility.The resin is more safe and Low Smell, Suitable to most LCD 3D printer. Resin Parameter: Hardness: 84 D Volume Shrinkage: 3.72-4.24% Line shrinkage: 1.05-1.35% Density: 1.05-1.25g/cm³ Flexure Strength: 59-70MPa Extension Strength: 36-52MPa Elongation at Break: 11%-20% Shelf Life: 1 year Way to Rinse：Clean with alcohol spray and air gun Suitable for: LCD/DLP 3D Printer Application: General modeling & Industrial prototype proofing Storage method: Please preserve our resin in closed opaque bottle in avoid of exposure to air and sunlight. Please keep resin in room temperature (15 - 35 degrees Celsius) and dry condition. Usage: Shake well before use, prohibiting the use of resin in places where there is a lot of sunlight. Wear goggles in avoid of eye contact to resin. Wear gloves before use to avoid direct contact with the skin and keep the room ventilated. Safety Rules: Resin is with slight odor. We strongly suggest to use our resin and printer under ventilated condition. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. If swallow the resin, go to hospital. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Resin might cause slight irritation to skin. Stop using it if allergy occurs. Please keep the resin away from kids. Do not mix used and non-used resin together. Do not dump resin. Please cured resin and treat/recycle it as general plastics garbage. Suggested safety equipment: gloves, mask, goggles, and lab coat.
