Please Note: This product is precision-filled to 2.4oz of product weight, which leaves approximately a half of an inch of empty "head space" in the top of the jar during filling. That head space may shift to the middle or side of the jar as the cream shifts around during shipping. This occurs frequently during the summer months when the product more easily melts during shipping, and we understand an air pocket appears alarming! If the cream is softer than you prefer, feel free to give it a quick stir and pop in the fridge for 10-20 min (or longer) until your preferred consistency is achieved! Melting/Freezing will not impact the efficacy of this product.
