Insert screw from the bottom of the peel. 2. Place the handle on top of the screw. 3. Screw on the knob to fasten. Tighten when in use and untighten to fold. 4. For storage losses the knob and swing the handle inward. YES: ✅ Sprinkle the surface of peel with flour, cornmeal or milled wheat bran to make the pizza, bread and baked goods to slide easily onto and off the peel. ✅ Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Scrap off any excess food or crumbs from the peel using a soft sponge, then make it dry. ✅ Use the peel to place the pizza onto a pizza stone, baking sheet or tray. NO: Do not put the pizza dough directly onto the peel without sprinkle flour. Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe. Do not leave the pizza peel for a long time in the oven to avoid the wooden handle from burning out. Do not slice the pizza directly on the peel. It may damage your knife blade or leave scratches on the peel.
