About Libratone Track Air+ True Wireless Active Noise

Libratone true wireless active noise cancelling earbuds 1. How to connect it to the phone? 1) Put the two earbuds in the charging case. For the first use, they will enter pairing mode automatically. If not, long press the button on the case to enter pairing mode. The white light will blink in pairing mode 2) Find the left earbud in the Bluetooth device list on your phone and connect it with the phone 3) Right after the left earbud is connected, a pop up window will appear on your phone. Click 'Pair' or 'Ok', then the right earbud is paired with the phone 4) Done! Put on the earbuds and enjoy your music. When in use, only one of them will be connected to your phone and the earbuds synchronise with each other. 2. Why is there only one earbud connected with the phone? Each time it's used, the earbud which is taken out first will become the master one automatically. It will connect to your phone directly and transfer the audio signal to the other one. There is no need for the 2nd earbud to connect to the phone. And either earbud can be the master one to connect with the phone. 3. Why does one earbud consume more power than the other one? Each time it's used, the earbud which is taken out first will become the master one automatically. It will connect to your phone directly and transfer the audio signal to the other earbud. So, it will consume more power than the other one. When battery low on the master earbud, if there is much more power on the other one, the two earbuds will exchange their roles automatically. 4. Why is there some cut off issue sometimes? This issue is not only related to the earphones, but also to the antenna performance and location of your phone, the environment in which you use the earphones, and the audio codec used during transmission. Due to its own characteristics, true wireless earphones may experience intermittent playback in some environments with strong wireless interference, such as some places near remote monitoring cameras or other high-power wireless transmitting equipment, for example, airports, train stations, shopping malls, intersections, base stations, etc. 5. How to update the software of the earphones? 1) Connect the earphones with your phone 2) Run the Libratone App 3) Press the card of the earphones to enter the detail page. If there is any software update, a pop up window will be shown to guide you to finish the software update. Or, you can see a software update icon at the top left corner of the detail page. Press the update icon to start the software update process. 6. How to control the earphones? You can control the earphones via double or triple tap(not touch) on the lower part of earbuds. And you can customize the tap functions on both earbuds, including play/pause, previous/next, noise cancelling mode switching, voice assistant, etc. 7. How to adjust the volume on the earbuds? Volume control can be done via triple tap on the earbuds. But you can only set volume control function to your earbuds via the Libratone App of iOS version. It works well with the iOS devices. Most of the Android devices don't support volume sync with Bluetooth devices. We suggest not to adjust the volume from the earbud when using an Android phone. So, there is no volume control function in the Libratone App of Android version. Just keep the volume of the earbud as the default level. And you can adjust the volume from the phone. 8. Why people can’t hear me clearly or there is echo voice? The original firmware come with earbuds is the old(first) version, there maybe cause call quality problem in a few earbuds, we have release the latest firmware(v.111) in Dec 2019 have solve the problem, you can update your firmware according to the tips of Libratone app to fix it if you have the same issue.
