The children seemed to really enjoy them. When all my classes were canceled in March of 2020, I decided to see if I could create a story and eventually a book using these poems. After hiring an editor, illustrator, and a book designer, it began to take shape. The 12 pose poems create a nice flow, so the book is easy for other children's yoga teachers to use in their classes. The Sun Salutations also are a nice inclusion to any kids class. Parents and other child care professionals can easily use the book to do yoga with the children in their lives.
