About LCA(TM) Brown Tones -Light Cure Acrylic Repair Kit
HIMG Surface Repair offers a complete repair solution for making nearly invisible repairs to chips, nicks and deep scratches on granite, tile, porcelain, quartz and more. LCA(TM) is nano-acrylic based and non-toxic. It will not yellow or change color like epoxy. Kit Contents: The BROWN LCA(TM) Kit include 3 different 1g syringes of brown LCA(TM) repair material - BEIGE, SEPIA BROWN, CLAY BROWN. These can be mixed together to achieve the perfect match for the damaged surface. The 4th syringe is a polishing paste. There is sufficient repair material to complete 10 small repairs - recommended for damages the size of a dime. The kit also has micro applicator tips, a wooden applicator tool, a polishing cloth, sandpaper sheets, a mini LED light and curing strips. The Repair Process is easy: 1. Clean the defect and surrounding area so it is free from dust and dirt. 2. Place the application tip on the syringe and select the CeramiCure(R) LCA(TM)color that match best with the surface. 3. Apply the CeramiCure(R) LCA(TM) to the damaged area and use the plastic applicator to mix the colors. 4. Mix the colors in small amounts until it closely matches the original floor color. Be sure to clean the applicator between colors. 5. Using the cloth, remove all the excess resin from the surrounding areas, leaving the material only in the repair. Place the curing strip on the repair patch and smooth out the LCA(TM) material through the curing strip using the plastic applicator tool until the LCA(TM) material is level with the surface. 6. Use the LED to cure approximately 3-5 minutes for most repairs. There is a constant on switch on the LED light. Set the light in the LED light holder and focus the light energy as close as possible. 7. Check that the LCA(TM) material is fully cured and dry, then remove any excess resin by sanding. Then increase shine with the polish paste. Directions available in German, French, Spanish and Italian.
