Cup Characteristics: This El Salvador Eh Majahual SHG EP coffee is a well-rounded, balanced and full body mild coffee. It offers chocolate notes with whispers of pecan and almond. There is warm spices and floral characteristics. It is wonderfully intense with an excellent mouth feel. El Salvador is one of central Americas smallest islands with dense populations, but more than 10% of its citizens work in the coffee industry. El Salvador is known for producing very balanced and consistent coffees. El Majahual is part of a much larger farm that had been previously divided years before. The Majahual beans are grown on the steeper slopes at high altitude, the average is above 1,500 meters.
