As a consequence, he is recognized as a leading authority on laser treatment in dermatology and cosmetic/aesthetic medicine. Dr. Syrus Karsai is a dermatologist in training at the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University Clinic in Greifswald, Germany. Since 2006 the principal focus of his work has been aesthetic laser surgery, and during this time he has been the author of well over 40 international and national publications on this topic. He is recognized worldwide as a renowned expert in dermatological laser medicine and is also actively involved in the development of innovative laser devices. Dr. Karsai has been the recipient of various awards, including from the German Dermatological Laser Society (DDL) and the German Dermatological Society (DDG).
