About Lakritsfabriken Swedish Premium Licorice Sweet
A lifelong licorice fanatic, former chef Martin Jörgensen began Lakritsfabriken (the liquorice factory) in Ramlosa, Sweden in 2011. Martin and his team carefully source their licorice from the farmers. The licorice root is organic and the they are Sweden’s first and leading producer of premium gluten-free and gelatine free liquorice. Martin and his team create a wide range of licorice products from chocolate glazed licorice, sweet and salty licorice, toffees and licorice powder used for cooking and baking. Their liquorice is balanced and unique in taste. The texture is perfect - soft and easy to chew, and the bite sizes are not too big or too small. Just right.
