This two-piece set includes a 3”mini prep knife, a cutting board, and a protective knife sheath. The 3” knife features a ceramic blade made from zirconia, Kyocera's proprietary advanced ceramic which holds its edge 10 times longer than steel blades, is non-reactive and will never rust or oxidize foods. The non-slip cutting board has an indented groove to catch liquids to avoid spills. The stain-resistant, plastic cutting board is reversible for use on both sides to prevent cross-contamination.
