For fine to coarse grinds: Peppercorns, Coarse Salts, Wet Salts, , Sesame Seeds, Flax Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Celery seeds, Cumin Seeds, Dried Oregano, Red Pepper Flakes, Parsley Flakes, any Dried Herbs and more! Care & Use: Unscrew the top part of the mill. Fill the glass container with your favorite spice. Screw the top back on and snap off the top cap. Use one hand to twist the top in one direction, while the other hand turns the body of the mill in the opposite direction. Dishwasher safe.
