About Koyo JT-1213 Needle Roller Bearingd Drawn Cup, Open

This Koyo caged drawn cup needle roller bearing has a steel cage and a seal on one end, and is suitable for applications with high dynamic loads. The steel cage provides guidance and even spacing of the rollers for reduced friction, vibration, and noise when operated at high speeds. The needle rollers are made of through-hardened, high-carbon chromium steel for durability and heat tolerance, and the lip contact seal at one end helps retain lubricants and exclude dirt and moisture. The bearing is factory lubricated with lithium soap grease, and can be used at temperatures from -22 to 212 degrees F (-30 to 100 degrees C). This drawn cup needle roller bearing meets American National Standards Institute/American Bearing Manufacturers Association ANSI/ABMA 18.2 and ASTM International standard ASTM F2162 for quality assurance, and is used in various applications, such as automotive and truck transmissions, agricultural and construction equipment, pumps and compressors, and two-cycle engines, among others.SpecificationsIdentification code, boundary dimensions, symbols and nomenclature, tolerances, and mounting practicesAmerican National Standards Institute/American Bearing Manufacturers Association ANSI/ABMA 18.1 (metric) or ANSI/ABMA 18.2 (inch)Boundary dimensions, symbols and nomenclature, tolerances, and mounting practicesDeutsches Institut für Normung DIN 618 (metric)Boundary dimensions and tolerancesInternational Organization for Standardization ISO 3245 (metric)Roller bearings use rolling elements to maintain a separation between moving parts to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads.
