Koh-I-Noor Gioconda Pastel Pencil, Light Ultramarine is made of rich pigment which is excellent for shading and detail work on dark or light mediums. Made from high-quality, pure, micro-pulverized pastel pigments, it can be used alone or in combination with conventional pastels or other media in both dry and humid weather. This soft pastel produces smooth lush, vibrant color and is lightfast and fade-resistant. Encased in California cedar, this pastel pencil creates less mess and dust particles than traditional pastels. Made in Czech Republic. Pack of 12 pencils.
