The Emergence combo begins with a true performance 4 pc fly rod made of high modulus graphite with an easy casting, medium fast action. While the Emergence fly rod is perfect for beginners, experienced anglers will also appreciate the quality and performance of this rod.Also included with this combo is a beautiful, lightweight and durable diecast aluminum fly reel with a smooth disc drag and is pre-loaded with KastKing Propel WF floating fly line, backing and tapered fly leader. This is a large arbor design which is better for your fly lines and each is perfectly balanced for each rod length and line weight. The combo also includes a protective travel case that allows for the reel to stay attached to the rod to eliminate the need for a second protective case which makes for easy travel and storage.To avoid the confusion and expense of try to select the right tools and flies that you will need to get started, we've even done that work for you! The Emergence Combo includes the most important tools and accessories that every fly angler needs so all you need is a fishing license and you're ready to hit the water and start catching fish. We've selected 12, hand tied, high quality flies including dries, nymphs and streamers to make your first time on the water a success. The other tools included are a pair of stainless forceps for removing flies after landing a fish, a line nipper for cutting line and leaders, a tool retractor to keep your nipper close at hand, strike indicators to help you detect subtle strikes when fishing with sub-surface flies and non-lead split shot to get your nymphs deep in the water where the big ones live!
