At J.W. Hulme, we use only the finest materials and meticulous hand craftsmanship to create leather goods of exceptional quality, and we guarantee them for life. J.W. Hulme's exclusive, premium leathers are an experience all their own. Each lot of full-grain hides is delivered semi-naked, so that natural variations, such as small scars, creases, and striations are more pronounced than in more processed leathers. These naturally-occurring marks are features, not flaws. Each leather piece is expertly crafted by a skilled Hulme artisan who has an uncompromising eye for detail. This care, along with your regular use, will allow your leather bag or accessory to age gracefully, developing a rich patina and distinctive character. J.W. Hulme guarantees the structural integrity of our products for their useful life under normal wear & tear. Based upon review of the product, we will cover any necessary repairs during this period as well as any repairs due to defective workmanship or materials free of charge (shipping costs apply). Damage due to misuse, use beyond the reasonable useful life of the product, or extreme circumstances will incur a charge for repairs. A quote for repair services will be provided prior to any work on these unusual circumstances.
