Each tool or knife has an innovative weighted handle with an integrated tool rest, ensuring that, when an Elevate product is placed down, its head or blade is always raised off of the work surface. These new 100 Collection Elevate knives bring new levels of quality and refinement to the Elevate knife range. The blades are made from ice-hardened, German 1.4116 stainless steel, strengthened with vanadium for extra durability. They have taper-ground edges, producing a wedge-shaped profile that cuts better and stays sharper for longer. Their ergonomic, soft-grip handles provide added comfort and grip, even when wet, and they have discreet colour-coded dots that aid knife selection when stored in a knife block. They are available individually or as a set.
