We chose a blend of Mexican and Guatemalan coffees that lend themselves to a particularly flavorful cup of coffee using the cold brew method. In a cold-brew preparation, this coffee has decidedly chocolate notes with hints of smoke, citrus, and spice. Cold brew recipe: Use 12 cups of water for the entire bag of coffeeBrew about 20 hours at room temperatureFilter your coffee After filtering, add enough water to bring the volume back to 12 ounces (20-25% of the water is lost during brewing)
