About Jet-Lube AP-1W Non-Melt High Temperature White
High film strength. Strong adhesion properties. Contains oxidation inhibitors. Pumpable formula. Temkin load - 40 lbs. Designed for: specifically formulated for use in environments that are extremely hot and dry. Kiln cart anti-friction and roller bearings applications. Ceramic tile manufacturing, electric blower motors for dehydration systems, food processing plants and baking ovens. Recommended lubrication: reapply according to owner's manual to maintain excellent equipment functionality. Use wherever white grease is preferred and dark grease would be objectionable. Not recommended for: oxygen service. Appearance: white. NLGI grade: 2. Service rating: -20 degree F (-29 degree C) to 550 degree F (288 degree C). Eco-certified. Personal precautions: wear gloves and protective overalls. Environmental precautions: do not allow it to enter drains. Spillage: scrape up bulk, then wipe up remainder with cloth. To prevent walking hazard, pick up remaining residue with diatomaceous earth. Handling: no special handling precautions necessary. Storage: do not store at elevated temperatures. Main hazards-health effects: eyes: may cause irritation. Inhalation: viscous nature may block breathing passages if inhaled. Ingestion: may cause diarrhea.
