About Jero Pro Series TR Beef Skinner
The Pro Series TR line was designed for commercial use and abuse. From the blade to the handle, each part of the TR was carefully planned to achieve a goal, and provide not only control and comfort, but also durability. The German stainless steel blade provides a long-lasting edge, with exceptional cutting power, and excellent corrosion resistance. The handle is structurally strong due to a hard inner polymer injected directly over the blade and tang. A thick outer layer of Santoprene® rubber like material provides a secure grip in every condition.
