Easy to work 1. Open the battery door, insert one AAA/ LR03 size battery into the battery compartment. After a beep heard, the shower timer for kids start to timing. 2. It is different from the sand timer. Hang it on the wall through the hook. Setting the clock 1. Enter the digital timer mode by pressing the MODE key. The clock icon will appear on the LCD. 2. Press HOUR/MIN/SEC key until the desired hours/minutes/seconds appears on the LCD. 3. Toggle select 12Hr or 24Hr clock mode format by pressing STAR/STOP key. The PM icon will appear on the LCD for 12Hr format. Countdown Timer 1. Enter the visual timer mode by pressing the MODE button until the Cooking timer icon appear on the LCD. 2. Reset the countdown time back to zero by pressing and holding the MIN and SEC keys at the same time (wait 3 seconds) until the display shows "00:00:00". The time timer needs to stop running before it can be reset. 3. Press HOUR/MIN/SEC key to set the desired hours/minutes/seconds. 4. To start or stop/pause the electric timer, press STAR/STOP key. 5. Press any key to stop the alarm sound. Note:the display will revert to showing the current countdown timer set. Count Up Timer 1. Under timer mode, reset the countdown time back to zero. 2. Press the STAR/STOP key to start the count up. 3. Press the STAR/STOP key to pause and press again to resume the count up. 4. The alarm will beep for 1 min when the max time limit "23:59:59" is reached.
