Don't overstretch! ♥For stretching width Turn metal looped handle in a Clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe. Don't overstretch! For best results, leave stretcher in place for at least 24 hours. To remove stretcher, turn handles counterclockwise. Tips: These shoe stretchers are not suitable for use in wide or narrow width shoes.
