Do not leave the thermometer in the oven while cooking. 3. Do not completely immerse the digital thermometer in water for minutes. 4. Please wash the metal probe in soapy water. 5. Please clean the thermometer by hand or using water. TIPS of CALIBRATION: Step 1: Prepare a glass of mixture of ice and water in advance. Flip out the probe to power on the thermometer. Step 2: Long press the ℃ / ℉ Switch button. When the screen shows 'CAL', insert the probe into the mixture of ice and water. Step 3: If the temperature detected by the thermometer is within -3℃~3℃, the thermometer will be calibrated to 0°C/32℉. If the thermometer can not detect a temperature of -3℃~3℃ at that time, it will display an 'ERR' word and needs to be reoperated. NOTE: If the measurement value is always inaccurate during use, please try the calibration operation, turn back the value to 0℃/32℉ and then retest.
