Instructions: * Position the trainer in mouth with tongue tag up and tongue tip on the tag. * Gently bite down the trainer after placing it in the mouth. A little tongue tab on the trainer (a small tab behind two front teeth) will be felt. Finally, keep the lips closed with the trainer in the mouth. This will give the trainer ideal resting position for the mouth. Continued use of this trainer with correct positioning will help train the tongue to rest in the correct place. It will also align the jaw to the ideal position as represented in the device. If it is done correctly, the mouth is going be a little bit sore. * Do this for 2 hours a day, and then sleep with it if possible. With continued use, a shift in jaw alignment as well as a shift in tongue position will result in straightening the teeth. For cosmetic use only.
