This iPad podium stand is a floor-standing fixture designed for use during a speech, lecture or presentation. The pedestal lectern stands 50 inches tall and features a locking enclosure in which users can place a touch-screen tablet device. The iPad podium stand also includes 3 ledges against which a speaker’s notes may be placed during a presentation. The locking enclosure has an opening just large enough to expose the touch screen of an iPad tablet. This gives speakers the ability to utilize the electronic device during a presentation. The locking enclosure may be attached to the floor-standing fixture in either portrait or landscape orientation. Please note that when the enclosure is in portrait orientation, the iPad will display horizontally, and vice versa. This black iPad podium stand is constructed from aluminum and steel and features a curved post for added style. When closed, the iPad mount will cover the “Home” button, thus preventing unauthorized users from changing the display of the touch screen table.
