About the Author Farid Mohamadi graduated in industrial engineering from HTW in Berlin (2006) and ESTA in Belfort (2004). He is certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from CFI in Toronto and Green Energy Finance Specialist (GEFS) from RENAC in Berlin. He is visiting lecturer at the National University of Colombia. He currently holds the position of Head of Sales and Business Development for Northern LATAM at German OEM ENERCON, a top-tier renewable energy technology provider. Mr Mohamadi is a professional with more than a decade of experience in management of renewable energy projects in developed and developing countries (France, Germany, Scotland, North Africa, Central America and South America). He has knowledge of the complete process of project development, from the fundraising and site research to the operation of the power plants.
