About Intel NUC NUC8i7BEH Mini PC/HTPC, Quad-Core

Tech Wizards at The Lake offers a competitive and affordable line of custom-assembled NUCs. We provide “standard” and “premium” models—both of which use solid-state drives (SSDs) manufactured by industry leaders and memory validated by Intel. Our standard versions are still assembled with name brand drives, but our premium version is built with an OEM drive from THE industry leader of SSDs. We're genuinely not allowed to use the company’s name, but here’s a hint: It rhymes with "ram's tongue". // The heart of this NUC8i7BEH is its 8th generation Intel QUAD-core i7-8559U processor. It’s a speed demon, especially when outfitted with an SSD. The resulting mini-powerhouse fits in the palm of your hand but can be used for processor-intense computing, such as audio or video editing, or as a home theater PC capable of playing 4K with 7.1 surround sound. // Plus, when you buy from Tech Wizards at The Lake we automatically enroll you in our exclusive "Upgrades for Life" program. That means we will provide FREE labor for up to three (3) upgrades or component swaps of your RAM or SSD (or by adding a second drive) during the time you own your NUC. You simply send* us the component you want to be added, swapped or upgraded and the NUC. We perform the upgrade and send everything back, almost always the same day we get it. (Note: It is not possible to upgrade the graphics processing unit without buying special equipment that uses the Thunderbolt 3 connection of the NUC.) // Finally, we're old school and will help you in any way possible should you have a problem or (in very rare cases) require warranty work. // *You pay for shipping both directions but do not need to send the power brick.
