Will fit wider than a traditional medium width shoe. Specifically designed for cross-training and high intensity strength and conditioning workouts. Lightweight, stripped back mesh and synthetic upper materials. Met-Cradle technology is built into the laces for a snug, secure, adjustable fit. Lace-up closure. Protective rubber toe cap. Y-Lock heel support helps stabilize the heel. Padded tongue and collar. Breathable mesh lining offers a great in-shoe feel. Removable 3 mm footbed. Powerheel promotes firm, stable footing for heavy lifts. Heel/Toe: 10.5 mm/10.5 mm. Rope-Tec 360 rubber outsole wraps around to the upper for maximum grip during rope climbs. Sticky rubber compound strategically-placed in high-impact areas of the outsole delivers secure foot placement.
