About Indus Organics White Quinoa Seeds, 2 Lb
Organic Quinoa seeds are cleaned through machine for high purity greater than 99%. Sap is already removed from these seeds through a dual process of washing and friction. As a result our quinoa is pre-washed for cooking and no soaking is required to remove sapoline. Our Quinoa seeds are grown in high altitude of Andean mountain region by small Peruvian farmers using sustainable organic techniques. Our quinoa is grown in northern and Southern Andean mountain range of Peru at 11,000-13,000 ft. using water from Andean mountains. Most of the quinoa grown in South America is dried and packed in the unhygienic conditions. We dry our quinoa in controlled environment, We use water and friction to remove high quality quinoa seeds. Most of the companies, use only one method to remove the sap. Hence not all the quinoa is same. Try our product and you will be surprised.
