About Icom At-180 HF Ham Radio Tuner
The Icom AT-180 is a fully automatic tuner with 70 channel preset memories and "automatic tuner on" function when connected to the IC-703, IC-703+, IC-706, IC-706 MkII, IC-706 MkIIG, IC-7000 or IC-718. It provides reliable matching of frequencies from 1.9 to 54 MHz. Please note it does not operate on 144/440 MHz bands. The matching impedance range is 16.7 - 150 ohms (HF band) and 20 - 125 ohms (50 MHz band). Tuning accuracy: Less than SWR 1.5:1. This tuner requires about 8 watts (minimum) to activate and can handle up to 120 watts. The rear panel has SO-239 input and output. It operates on 13.8 VDC (less than 1.1 amps) drawn from the transceiver control cable. Size: 6-9/16(W) x 2-5/17(H) x 8-7/8(D) inches 5.3 Lbs. (167 x 59 x 225 mm 2.4 kg). The AT-180 includes the 13 pin ACC cable and a 38 inch PL259 to PL259 coaxial jumper cable.
