About the Author Bruna Di Giuseppe-Bertoni was born in Rome, Italy, and immigrated to Canada with her family in 1964. Painting, poetry and creative writing has been a passion all her life. She has won literary awards for her poetry in Italian and has published in both Italian and English. She lives in Toronto with her family, and is "Nonna" to her six grandchildren and her great-grandson.
