Looking for an outfit change? Attach a different set of Skins with a new design. The Hyper Cluster Tiger shades speed/control yo-yo starter pack has everything you need to get started: two speed skins, a control core with a precision bearing, an instruction sheet and a cluster cable (high-performance yo-yo string).
