Our version of the perfect pale ale. Named after the beautiful and scenic green belt stretch of the boise River. And like the boise River crisp, clean, and refreshing on a summer day. With a balance of maltiness and bitterness. The malt base is a simple one, with the caramel, Toasty flavors being contributed simply by some 60L crystal malt. Balancing this nicely is the citrus-like bitterness from the cascade hops. In addition to the cascade hops, the addition of perle hops seems to tame the Citrus and add a subtle earthy/pine characteristic. picture is a representation of this product, ingredients may differ from recipe to recipe.
