Danton was a pre-dreadnought battleship of the French Navy and the lead ship of her class. Danton was laid down at the Arsenal de Brest in February 1906, launched on 4 July 1909, and commissioned into the French Navy on 1 June 1911. Kit features 2-piece full hull, deck with detail, detailed superstructure, finely molded fittings, well detailed ship's boats, filigree masts and yardarms, searchlights, ships cranes, brass chain, 305mm/45 Model 1906 guns, 240mm/50 Model 1902 guns, 75mm/65 Model 1906 guns, 47 mm (1.9 in) guns, 450 mm (17.7 in) torpedo tubes, display stand and engraved name plate, photo-etch parts (railings, ladders and stairs, funnel grilles, cranes and additional accents).
