About Hillman Zinc Dowel Screw (1/4" X 2"), 725
Product Description An assortment of zinc-plated hanger bolts and dowel screws from The Hillman Group. Dowel screws are threaded with wood screw thread on both ends, or machine screw thread on one end and wood screw on the other. Hanger bolts are headless bolts designed to hang materials from wooden structures, walls, or overhead. They feature a wood screw thread and pointed tip on one end with machine screw thread and blunt tip on the other. Variants included in this assortment run 3/16" thru 3/8" in diameter and 2" to 4" in length. Full assortment contains eleven (11) refills comprised of Hillman item numbers #724 - #734. From the Manufacturer Dowel Screws are threaded with wood screw on both ends or machine screw on one end and wood screw on the other. They are frequently found in furniture. The center is un-threaded which is easily tightened with a pair of locking pliers.
