HHIP and twin-lock CNC milling vise. Precision clamping force per jaw set. Precision ground on all sides, can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Bed Hardened to RC 45 or higher to resist wear. Reversible hardened jaw plates for standard or, stepped part holding. Reduces the tool changes per job by 50 percent. Uses the same machine space as conventional vises limited to half the part holding capacity. Top mounted center block can be removed easily for larger parts application.
