The Hyperlite Zip was one of the super ultralight hammocks developed for adventure racers. When Adventure racing magazine did a review of all our lightest models, Tom got sixty orders for a big race in Borneo, but they had to be shipped to racers from all over the world. Since there wasn't time to do that, Tom decided to hop on a plane for Borneo and hand deliver them to his racing customers. He also took another 20 just in case others might want one. They went quickly. The lightest HH ever made was 15 oz and only guaranteed for one ten day race. This Hyperlite hammock is bigger, more comfortable and longer lasting. It is hyper lightweight, hyper compact and almost disappears in your pack. This hammock is a real beauty and easy to fall in love with.
