The beloved and prodigious Japanese rock trio, Shonen Knife, formed in 1981 in Osaka, Japan. Many albums, re-mixes and re-releases later, founding members (and sisters) Naoko and Atsuko Yamano are still at it. Heavy Songs is now in its first North American release on Confidential Recordings.
